1What are your business hours?
Since we are in the emergency restoration services business, we are available 24/7/365. Although we can typically respond to service calls within a few minutes, you may also schedule an appointment for non-urgent matters.
2Who is responsible for the cleanup of a violent crime scene?
Unless notified otherwise by law enforcement officials, the property owner usually is. The good news is that, most of the time, your insurance policy should cover it minus any deductible in your policy. We at Texas Disaster Restoration would be more than happy to help you file a claim if need be.
3How much do your services normally cost?
While no two jobs are exactly the same, our prices are pretty standard for the industry, and we use the same pricing software that most insurance companies do. We always strive to negotiate a price with the insurance company, and most of our services are covered under your policy. Of course, you will be responsible for any deductible under your policy, but we can work with you on payment plans for many projects.
4Are you qualified to clean up the damage to my property?
All our cleaners are OSHA-certified, bloodborne pathogen-certified, bonded, and insured. If you’d like, we can provide you with proof of all our certifications and qualifications.
